If it looks like a fit, we arrange a site visit to walk the house, check existing wiring and network, and discuss how you actually want to live in the space.
You then receive a written proposal setting out the design, the equipment we recommend and why, and clear pricing. There is no charge for any of this and no obligation to proceed.
For new construction and renovations we work directly with your architect, builder and electrician, ideally before walls close. For finished homes, most of what we install can be retrofitted with minimal disruption — see motorized shades, networking and art lighting for how each is handled.
